and also... I'm lookin for a way to solve a following problem. As you see I had to stay invisible in SKYPE to keep this shot pretty nice because of the ugly green icon. I've tried to customize resource icons. But after that skype crashes at login. If anyone knows how to fix it let me know..

First of all, you're not able to change skype menubar icon. they just cancelled this option. you may try. but when you change the icon and restart skype it will crash everytime. so, i just went invisible to make this shot look pretty.
As you see, icons look like default but white. So, what should you do to make it white. Click "show package content" on the app you want to modify. Find Resources folder. Find menubar icon.png or icns. Then open it with Photoshop (or Preview) and make it white. Its easy I suppose:) Restart app and gotcha))
You have to know this trick, its basic))

Take a look at this one - [link] There are some resoursec where you can get it for free, for example here - [link] Maybe it isn't outstanding cause it is small and not multifunctional. But you just fall in love with it at first sight. love.. again love.. wtf!
